The Eterra Excavator PDX-1000 Extreme Post Driver is engineered for professional fence installation using skid steer and excavator machines. Its nitrogen-charged power cell, activated by hydraulic systems, delivers a powerful 1000 ft-lb of energy per actuation, enabling posts to be driven into nearly any soil condition. The power cell is mounted in a heavy-duty housing with rubber isolators, minimizing vibration and ensuring smooth, consistent operation.
Featuring a 15-degree tilting mechanism, controlled by hydraulic valves, the PDX-1000 allows precise post positioning on uneven terrain. Its driver body is positioned two feet closer to the machine compared to competing models, improving down force, maneuverability, and operator visibility. A standard post guide housing accommodates 2”, 4”, 6”, or 8” posts, removable for posts over 9”, and is compatible with domed or flat driver head tools along with a 5-ft breaker spike, all constructed from high-tensile strength tool steel.
