This policy explains how to pay for your LandBoss Equipment order, how our discounts are calculated, and how payment affects order processing. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Online payments
You can pay using the payment methods offered in our secure checkout. Supported digital wallets include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, where available for your device, browser, and order. The options displayed at checkout determine which methods you can use for that purchase.
Review your selected equipment, configuration, shipping address, discounts, shipping charge, any applicable taxes, and final total before completing payment. Enter accurate billing information. If a payment is declined or its status is unclear, check with your payment provider or contact us before placing a duplicate order.
Bank wire transfers: an additional 3% discount
Orders paid by bank wire transfer qualify for an additional 3% discount on the merchandise subtotal after applicable product or brand discounts. The 3% discount does not apply to shipping charges or taxes. It is a payment-method discount and does not apply to payments made by card, digital wallet, or financing.
The wire-transfer discount can be combined with the current 5% Baumalight discount and 10% Eterra discount. Discounts are applied sequentially, not added together as percentage points:
- Baumalight example: $6,000 of eligible merchandise minus 5% equals $5,700. An additional 3% off $5,700 saves $171, leaving a merchandise subtotal of $5,529.
- Eterra example: $6,000 of eligible merchandise minus 10% equals $5,400. An additional 3% off $5,400 saves $162, leaving a merchandise subtotal of $5,238.
These examples exclude taxes. The combined savings are 7.85% for eligible Baumalight merchandise and 12.7% for eligible Eterra merchandise. Each brand discount applies only to eligible items from that brand. The additional 3% is then calculated on the discounted merchandise subtotal for the wire-transfer order.
How to arrange a wire-transfer order
- Contact support@landbossequipment.com or call +1 (301) 200-2113 before paying. Provide the products, quantities, configurations, delivery address, and any existing quote or order reference.
- Our support team will provide an adjusted invoice and payment instructions. Review the item prices, applicable discounts, shipping, any applicable taxes, and final amount before sending payment.
- Send the amount specified in the invoice using the provided wire instructions and order reference. Do not independently deduct 3% from a card checkout total or send a second payment for an order already paid.
- Order processing begins after we have received and processed your payment and confirmed acceptance of the order. Initiating a transfer is not the same as funds being received.
Your bank determines its transfer timing and any bank charges. Ask your bank about these before sending a wire. Bank charges are separate from our merchandise discount and are not reduced by it. If payment details appear inconsistent, contact us using the phone number or email address on this website before transferring funds.
Brand promotions
Our current Baumalight 5% and Eterra 10% promotions do not require a promotional code. Review the applicable discount in your checkout or wire-transfer invoice. Other promotions may have their own published conditions; do not assume that unrelated offers can be combined.
Shipping charges after discounts
Ground freight shipping is $399 per order when the merchandise subtotal after all discounts is below $5,000. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $5,000 or more after all discounts qualify for free ground freight shipping within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC.
The threshold is checked after the additional 3% wire-transfer discount, as well as any brand discounts. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold. If the wire discount reduces the merchandise subtotal below $5,000, the $399 shipping charge applies. For example, a $5,100 merchandise subtotal before the wire discount becomes $4,947 after it, so shipping is $399.

Payment, order acceptance, and delivery timing
We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Payment does not override product availability or equipment-compatibility requirements. Please confirm your selected model and configuration before paying.
Our standard order-processing estimate is 1–5 business days, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days in transit. For wire-transfer orders, allow for your bank's transfer time before order processing begins. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Product-specific availability and freight scheduling can affect delivery; estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Financing
You can explore financing through our financing page. Approval, repayment terms, interest, fees, and payment schedules are determined by the financing provider and the agreement presented to you. Review those terms before accepting financing. The 3% wire-transfer discount applies to payment by bank wire transfer, not a financed purchase.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to request cancellation. Cancellation requests may be subject to the 5% cancellation fee described in our Return and Refund Policy. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. The wire-transfer discount does not change cancellation or return eligibility.
We accept returns for damaged or defective products only, with issues reported within 48 hours of delivery. Approved defective returns have no restocking fee, and LandBoss Equipment covers their return shipping. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
