Shipping policy

At LandBoss, we are committed to processing and delivering your heavy-duty equipment and attachments safely, efficiently, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • Orders outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.

Order Processing

  • Most orders ship within 1–5 business days after processing.
  • Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Domestic Shipping – United States
Shipping Method: Ground Freight

  • Heavy or oversized items are typically shipped via ground freight.
  • Standard courier services may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or various freight carriers depending on the product size, weight, and destination.
  • Transit time after shipment typically ranges from 3–5 business days.
  • Estimated total delivery timeframe (processing + transit) is approximately 7–10 business days.
  • Ground Freight shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect freight upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

Address Changes

  • If an order has already been processed or shipped and you request an address change, we will attempt to accommodate your request.
  • Address changes may result in delivery delays.
  • Any additional fees charged by freight carriers or shipping providers due to an address change are the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions apply.

Tracking Your Order

  • All shipments are fully trackable.
  • You will receive a tracking number and link via email once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Notes

  • Transit times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
  • For heavy equipment shipped via freight carriers, a representative may contact you to coordinate delivery, lift-gate service, or other shipping requirements.
  • Customers should inspect all shipments immediately and report damage within 48 hours to ensure eligibility for defective returns or exchanges.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • Some oversized or specialty items may have additional delivery requirements or scheduling considerations, which will be communicated during the order process.
