FAQs

Who is Limb Beaver and where is Limb Beaver based?

Limb Beaver is an American manufacturer that specializes in heavy-duty vegetation management and land-clearing attachments for skid steers, tractors, excavators, and boom mowers. Their products are designed for trimming tree limbs, clearing brush, maintaining roadsides, fence lines, trails, orchards, and right-of-way areas.
Their headquarters and operations are located in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee.

Why Choose Limb Beaver?

Quality Attachments Made in the USA

When productivity, safety, and reliability matter, Limb Beaver delivers. Limb Beaver's professional-grade cutter attachments are made in the USA and are engineered to outperform traditional tools and stand up to the demanding conditions operators face every day. Whether you’re clearing limbs, managing brush, or reclaiming overgrown spaces, Limb Beaver gives you the speed, control, and uptime you need to work with confidence.

Is Limb Beaver equipment compatible with other industry‑standard machines?

Yes — Limb Beaver attachments are designed to work with many industry-standard machines, including:

  • Skid steers
  • Tractor loaders
  • Excavators
  • Boom mowers

Many Limb Beaver products use common mounting systems and hydraulic requirements that are compatible with major equipment brands such as:

  • Bobcat
  • Kubota
  • John Deere
  • Caterpillar
  • Case
  • New Holland
  • Takeuchi
  • ASV
  • Gehl
  • Mustang and others using standard quick-attach systems.

For example, the Bucket Beaver attachment clamps directly onto standard skid steer and tractor loader buckets, making it easy to use with existing equipment.

However, compatibility still depends on several factors:

  • Correct quick-attach/coupler system
  • Hydraulic flow (GPM)
  • Hydraulic pressure (PSI)
  • Machine lift capacity
  • Attachment weight and size

Some heavy-duty Limb Beaver models, especially larger excavator and high-flow brush-cutting attachments, require high-flow hydraulics and specific machine capacities. For instance, the LB 6EX excavator model requires 25–50 GPM hydraulic flow.
