The Baumalight WB44 is a portable walk-behind stump grinder designed for efficiency and accessibility in tight or hard-to-reach spaces. Powered by a 13 HP Honda GX390 389cc gas engine, it features a centrifugal clutch that engages the 10-inch cutting head equipped with 12 concave-shaped carbide-tipped teeth. Each tooth can be rotated up to three times, extending cutting life and maintaining peak performance. The bolt-on tool holders allow for quick replacement in the field without special tools.
With 15-inch pneumatic tires, the WB44 rolls easily across turf while minimizing damage. Its wide cutting arc enables grinding stumps up to 20 inches in diameter with minimal repositioning. Integrated handles, lifting hooks, and a folding handle make transport and storage simple. A double-banded V-shaped belt provides extra drive surface area to the cutting head for consistent stump removal power, while the wheel lock stabilizes the unit during operation. Safety and convenience features include rubber grips, emergency stop, side exit for debris, tethered belt shields, and grease pins.
