Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for defective products only.
A product may be considered defective if it:
- Has a manufacturing defect, or
- Was damaged during transit before delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns for non-defective items are not accepted, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Incompatibility with equipment not disclosed at purchase
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use, installation, or modification
Made-to-Order & Custom-Configured Products
Many LandBoss products are made-to-order or configured specifically for the customer’s equipment.
Because of this:
- All made-to-order and custom-configured products are final sale
- Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective products only.
If your item qualifies:
- LandBoss may repair, replace, or exchange the product at our discretion
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If an identical replacement is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund may be offered
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact LandBoss customer support before returning any item
- Provide your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and clear photos
- If approved, you will receive return instructions
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs for approved defective items are covered by LandBoss
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
- LandBoss is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to merchant error
Restocking Fees

No restocking fees are charged for approved defective returns
- All other returns subject to restocking fee of 20%.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Non-defective products
- Custom-built or made-to-order items
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging
- Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly and may begin moving through payment processing, inventory allocation, administrative review, and warehouse preparation shortly after they are placed.
Due to the costs associated with processing and preparing orders, cancellation requests may be subject to a 5% to 10% cancellation fee, depending on the stage of fulfillment at the time the request is received.
This fee helps cover non-recoverable expenses, including:
- Payment processing fees
- Administrative and labor costs
- Inventory allocation and restocking expenses
- Order handling and documentation
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
