The Baumalight IXP512G Excavator Tree Shear is a heavy-duty forestry attachment designed for 8–20 ton excavators. Its full 90° pivoting shear head provides versatility for felling standing trees or cutting limbs horizontally. Constructed with abrasion-resistant AR400 steel and a powerful hydraulic system, it handles both softwoods and hardwoods up to 12 in (30 cm) in diameter. The integrated grabber arm and fixed curved cradle bar allow safe and efficient repositioning of sheared material, making it ideal for land clearing, forestry, and vegetation management.
