The Baumalight ISR512 is a rotating skidsteer tree shear engineered for 5,000–8,000 lb. class skidsteers. It can cut trees and limbs up to 12 inches in diameter. The ISR512 features an in-cab control that allows the operator to rotate the cutting head a full 90 degrees, enabling upright felling or horizontal limb cutting. Integrated brush bars help guide limbs during the cutting process, improving safety and control.
Constructed from durable AR400 steel, the ISR512 handles softwoods and hardwoods, including oak, ash, and maple. Its pivot points feature grease pins and hardened bushings to ensure longevity. Flexible double-shielded hoses with spring-loaded supports protect the hydraulic system, while push bars and anti-slip strips provide improved operator control and safety. Optional hand controls allow older skidsteers to operate the shear, making it versatile across fleets.
