The Eterra Skid Steer PDX-1000 Extreme Post Driver + Grapple is engineered for professional fence installation with skid steer machines. Utilizing a nitrogen-charged power cell, activated by your machine’s hydraulics, it delivers 1000 ft-lb of energy per actuation, driving posts efficiently into almost any soil condition. The power cell is secured in a heavy-duty housing with rubber isolators, minimizing vibration for smooth and consistent operation.
Featuring a 15-degree hydraulic tilt mechanism, the PDX-1000 allows precise post positioning on uneven terrain. Its driver body is positioned two feet closer to the machine than competing models, providing improved down force, maneuverability, and operator visibility. The standard post guide housing accommodates 2”, 4”, 6”, or 8” posts (removable for posts over 9”), along with domed or flat driver head tools and a 5-ft breaker spike, all constructed from high-tensile strength tool steel.
With the addition of the grapple, this unit increases handling efficiency and control, allowing for easier positioning of posts and debris management. The PDX-1000 + Grapple combines power, precision, and durability, making it ideal for residential, commercial, and agricultural fencing projects.
